Birth Doula

Included:

  • Prenatal Planning (birth options/preferences)

  • Unlimited Communication/Support

  • 3 Nutritional Consults

  • 1 Basic Functional Lab Test

  • 3 Prenatal Yoga Classes

  • 2 Prenatal Meetings

  • Labor Support (providing emotional + physical comfort, photos, + education in breastfeeding)

Cost: $800

Postpartum Doula

Included:

  • Constant Support/Contact, Education, + Hands-On Help

  • Physical Recovery Support

  • Lactation Counseling

  • Education on Feeding, Soothing Strategies, and overall Assistance

  • Meal Prepping + Grocery Shopping

  • 3 Postpartum Yoga Classes

Nightly Rate: $30/hour

Day Rate: $27/hour
